1. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate if available.
2. Do you allow pets?
We generally do not allow pets; however, in certain cases exceptions may be made. Please reach out before booking so we can review your request.
3. What amenities are included?
Each property comes fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, and a welcome basket with a few thoughtful extras to make your stay more comfortable.
4. How do I check in?
All of our properties use secure self-check-in with a smart lock. You’ll receive your unique code before arrival, making it simple and convenient to access the home.
5. Is parking available?
Yes! Free on-site parking is available at both the Dallas and Denton locations. Details will be shared in your check-in instructions.
